Privacy Policy
In short: we use your pet's photo only to make the video you ordered, we keep it private, and we never sell your data.
Who we are
Paws at You is a personal product run by an individual based in Hong Kong. You can reach us at support@stuben.cn.
What we collect
- Your line. The short text you write. Anyone with the share link can read it.
- Your pet's photo (paid only). Cropped to 9:16 and stripped of location and camera data before storage.
- Your email (paid only). Collected by Stripe at checkout so we can send your link and handle support.
- Order details. Timestamps, payment and generation status, and your pets-only confirmation.
- Payment information. Handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
How we use it
To make and deliver your video, process payments and refunds, answer support requests and prevent abuse. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your photos or videos to train AI models.
Service providers
- Stripe: payments.
- Neon: order database.
- Tencent Cloud COS: private storage for photos and videos.
- Resend: transactional email.
- Vercel: hosting.
- Cloudflare: web analytics.

Share links
Anyone with your share link can see your line and video. Links are long and random, and are hidden from search engines. Only send them to people you want to see them.
How long we keep it
Photos and videos stay in private storage for as long as needed to deliver your order and handle support or refunds. We aim to keep them only for a limited time and will delete them sooner if you ask. Order records may be kept longer for accounting, refunds, fraud prevention or legal reasons.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data. Email support@stuben.cn with your order link. Our providers operate in several regions, so your data may be processed outside your country.
Children
Paws at You is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 where local law requires), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
