Refund Policy

AI results vary, so if something clearly went wrong with your order, we'll make it right.

When you can ask

You can request a refund within 14 days of payment if:

• Your video failed or never arrived.
• The result is clearly wrong, for example no snow leopard styling or no paw tap at all.

Minor imperfections that are normal for AI video aren't grounds for a refund on their own, but if you're unsure, just ask.

How to ask

Email support@stuben.cn with your order or share link and tell us what went wrong. A person reviews every request, and we aim to reply within a few business days.

How you get your money back

Approved refunds go through Stripe to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

When we may refuse

• The request comes more than 14 days after payment.
• The upload broke our Terms of Service, for example a photo with people in it.
